This week I have made the big decision to move from Blogger to WordPress.

Dear Husband has purchased the domain name magentawrites.co.uk for me and helped to install the WordPress script onto it, and for the next few days the appearance of Magenta Writes… may change, often I am going to be looking at different themes and so on, and at ways to incorporate some of the many hats that I wear on a day to day basis into the blog.

I’m looking forward to the challenge of making this a great space to come and chat and write. It could take a while, so please be patient with me. If you have been a follower on the Blogger version of this blog, I thank you for coming here to have a look too.

Now, it’s rapidly approaching ‘stupid-o’clock’ so I am going to hit the ‘send’ button, quickly followed by the ‘Shut Down’ one, for now.
